CORPORATE YOGA AND MEDITATION
Having spent eight years in a stressful work environment, I know too well how essential is to be able to disconnect our mind and let go.
In most cases, we have the will but we lack the time to be able to dedicate ourselves to an activity; long transport journeys are often an obstacle.
Access to corporate yoga and/or meditation classes allows staff to devote an hour to themselves and their own psycho-physical well-being, without having to waste time with trips to the gym.
Tipically practiced during the lunch break, at the beginning or at the end of the work day, yoga and meditation not only allow you to recover energy, increase concentration, performance and creativity, but also allow you to learn how to face difficulties and stressful situations. with more objectivity and lucidity.
