VERONICA NOSEDA
My yoga journey started in 1999 in Como (Italy) with Donatella Angelini. She taught me Asanas, Pranayama and meditation and their impact on our senses and our emotions.
Since then, yoga has become an essential point of reference in my life. After completing my Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures in Milan, I moved to Barcelona in 2006 and then to Paris in 2008, where I worked as a sales manager. Yoga became a real passion which led me to take up the Celine Miconnet's yoga teacher training at the Paris Himayoga Institute in 2011. I then discovered Iyengar yoga, characterized by the dynamism and precision of postures (asanas). |
I also attended prenatal yoga sessions at the Himayoga Institute to learn how to adapt the practice to pregnant women. This allows me to support them with yoga throughout their pregnancy.
I left my position as a sales executive in 2013 and, since then, I have been giving private and group lessons in Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation in Paris and now in London since 2023. I carry on training by following the teachings of Donatella Angelini and Swami Gurupuja Saraswati, and always take the time to read and further my knowledge, with the hope of being able to transmit the richness of yoga as best as possible to many students and friends. |
